A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday. Our distribution partner is following all the recommended guidelines from state and local authorities regarding COVID-19.
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Dermstore is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. These items cannot ship via Expedited Shipping or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).
